Lassaad was perfect. We called him to do a diagnostic on our HVAC. He did an extremely thorough inspection of our system, clearly and thoroughly explained everything he was checking so we’d be able to check for ourselves in future, shared pictures of things that were in good order so we’d have a baseline to compare with in the future, and overall explained why we DIDN’T need to spend money on anything now.
